LDAP SYN not happing in CUCM 8.5 over windows 2008 R1 32bit

Dear all,

 Need your Inputs in solving this issue we have call manager 8.5 which we need to get integrated with windows Active directory 2008. Current setup is like this

we are  having additional domain controller of 2008 R1 32 bit where our LDAP of CUCM is pointed, while configuration the ldap in cucm there is no error while configure the same but syn is not happing not able to see any enduser in the cucm. Please suggest

Hi Owais,

Can you check if the Dirsync service is running on the Publisher. Try restarting it and collect dirsync logs if the issue persists.
