LDAP Sync from CUCM 8 to ADAM

We are getting this error when trying to sync.

I know the creds are good.

Any assistance is appreciated.

HI Mike,

Can you check if the user's password has not expired? If that's the case change it otherwise try to change the admin account on AD (you can delete it and recreate it).
