UCK9 does not "legally" have cme-srst rolled up within but in the licensing scheme,
the cme-srst feature license is a "paper" RTU (right to use) license only.
There is nothing to load on the router itself. In the ISR-G2 versions you can see
the accepted/unaccepted state but that's it.

Activating CME-SRST Feature License
The ISR-G2 comes with a 60-day evaluation license. After 60 days, the license changes to “right to use”. The customer is required to pay for the CME-SRST feature license which is valid for 12 years. Prerequisites • UCK9 license • ISR-G2 already accepts UC CLIs
