Limit total external call per user/period

Hi, I am researching and call control is still very hazy for me. How can we make a control (say monthly) credits for each user?

eg: "User1 can make just 50min/50U$ outside calls per month."

You would need to use TCL scripting on your GW, not sure if UCCX/UCCE can do this as well.

Some providers allow you to set this up assuming you have a unique DID for each user.  I think Skype SIP Trunks allow this to be configured.
