Line group and Hunt Pilot

Dear Team,

I have a 20 numbers of users with same department, i want to add them  in single phone group so that any one got calls from outside. May i know what is best Line group or Hunt Pilot.

You create a hunt pilot with a hunt group choosing how you want to alert every one and add all 20 ext or you can create a pickup group and assign it to each user so anyone can answer the call belonging to the pickup group

You're very confused on this, it's not one or the other, they're not separate options, a line group without a hunt pilot does not work, and a hunt pilot without a line group doesn't work either.

They're both part of the very same config and you need both, along with a hunt list. It's a 3 piece configuration.
