I have cucm 7.0

Have configured a hunt group with 3 extensions.

Have set the pilot for DDI.

When I call in from PSTN. It only calls two extns. never the third. Does this all the time.

If you call the pilot internally, it works fine.

I can only assume there is something on the gateway causing this.

any ideas

Hi,

You can try to use a translation pattern to your E.164 number] then put the hunt pilot [another internal extension]

in the called party transformation mask [another internal extension]
