line monitoring on CKEM-36 BLF feature?

Hi All,

I'm trying to configure CKEM-36 with "speed dial BLF" buttons (attached to a 9971).

I would like to have monitoring feature enabled on the programmed extensions, but it seems when an extension is busy, there is no indication on CKEM button associated.

I have Phone button template configured, and applied on the phone, I can see the configured extensions on this expmasion module as well.

So, you do not see the status updates?

Make sure you have applied correct "Subscribe CSS" to this phone.
