I have a customer wiht call mgr 4.2. They have a few admins who have multiple lines on their phone. Right now, if one of the shared lines is ringing when they go off-hook, they automatically answer the call. They do not want that - want to have to manually select the line.
I beleive this can be done by changing the callmgr "always use prime line" parameter.
Is there any way to do it on an individual basis rather than system-wide?
