Listen to MOH on phone by dialing extension

Hello,

I would like to be able to listen to MOH that is playing on the phone system by dialing an extension.  I have many customers asking me for this feature and I have seen on the the UC500.com site blogs that some people have been able to accomplish this but I cannot find a config for it.  We are using the UC500 series system.  Any help is much appreciated.

hi ,

you could take a dummy phone with a dummy DN . do a call forword all to call park No., by natute if the call is not picked from the call park then it is returned to phone and user is put on hold

i just thought it is logical thats all . i have not yet tried it myself
