Listing unregisistered phones and Updating Phones DP

Hi ..

we have a bit of a dilema ... we have a number of unregistered device, and need to do a count on the system.. firstly

is there a way of just running a query on unregistered devices

and

we need to update the device pools to a spare DP so they are easier to locate so we have tried to update phones via query and changing the device pool on some of these but the query runs but the phones do not update i.e I change the device pool  and submit the job (also selecting apply config) but when you check the phone its still the same DP as previous..

any support will be appreciated..

Check out the command “show risdb query phones” from CLI.

I couldnt understand the second query.

Pls rate the post if it helps.

hi When i run this query on CLI I get the following :

admin:show risdb query phones

Unsupported table: phones

also the second question was how do i update the device pool on multiple phones.. i have tried using update phones query through bulk admin but the phones dont seem to update ...Also fogot to mention am running 7.1.5.33900-10
