Log out timer for CLI and Web interface for CUCM 8.0.2

In 8.0.2 what is the logout timer for the web and CLI set for?  Can I adjust it to never logout?  Why does it change depending on what laptop I use?  Some laptops never log me out others I have to log in each screen every time.

UCR2008 IA CLI, SSH, Web need a configurable timeout

And the timer affects any user on any PC/laptop/etc, it has nothing to do with the endpoing being used to access CUCM.
