Logged out of hunt group

Hi all,

I am currently running CME V 12.4(11)XW7 on a UC 500 and keep having random phones drop into the logged out of hunt group state. The Hlog key is disabled. Everything is working as expected apart from this and it is ver frustrating. I have to restart the phone system to clear it. The problem is happening at least once a week. Even deleting the ephone in question and rebuilding it does not clear the problem.

Any advice would be greatfully recieved.

Assign a standard softkey template containing the HLog softkey to phones, and use the radio button available on the directory number configuration page that administrator can use to log in or out a phone from a hunt group.

HLog softkey and its corresponding radio button should be operational only for phones that are part of hunt list.

In your phone configuration page, make sure the "Logged into Hunt Group" check box is checked.
