Login failed on end user web page after installing precense

Dear all:

we have CUCM 8.6 and the end users were able to login normal on end user web page and after installing precense server and try to let some users login in  orcense client we get login failed error on both prcense client and end user web page but th extension mobility work good ,

any one can help urgent please
