We have a customer requirnment who have an ipt setup for login and logout option.For example the users access the international number from phone till the evening.But after that the others can access it too.The fac also doest work out as they want the code to be diffrent for users to access the internation numbers.Is there any solution for this.
Have you tried using Extension Mobility. Here the user will have to login to the Phone using a username and password. For this Device Profile you can give it the rights to call as the customer needs. If FAC does not work for the user, the only other option is Extension Mobility.
Also, users can be given different FAC code. FAC Code is used for user identification. TO route calls, CallManager uses the Authorization Level configured for the code and the Route Pattern. Only drawback of this would be the end users cannot change the code. It can only be changed by the Administrators and they can see the code. Also, this value is never hiden when accessing it on CCM Administration Webpage.
