logs for ccmuser login

Hello,

I have a problem with the ccmuser login at an costumer.

Some users work and some receive the message authentication failed. The users have all the same configuration.

The cucm 8.0 is integrated in Active Directory.

In which log can I search for login data?

The easiest thing to do if you have LDAP Authentication enabled is to do a packet capture on the server they're trying to access the CCMUser page on.  You can use this link as a reference for the packet capture: https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-11599.  Then just filter on LDAP and you'll likely see a problem response.  If the only thing not working for the user is the CCMUser page but the username/password will authenticate for other services make sure ther role of "Standard CCM End User" is set for each user too.

Another thing to check for is uppercase letters in the username. UCM is case sensitive in both fields, not just the password.
