We're using a SIP implementation with CME and more often than not it performs excellently. Occasionally on long calls (over 30 minutes), the sound will cut out on our end even though it appears the call is still active. The only way to get it back is to hang up and place the call again. Is this a problem with an obvious solution? If not, how should I debug it?
Thanks.

Getting a good packet capture would be a great start. Is RTP still flowing? Has the call been placed on hold or something? What does the SIP messaging look like when it happens?

Unfortunately I have no data. I'm willing to start logging it, but I was wondering what specifically to debug. The call hasn't been placed on hold when it happens.
