I have two WIP310 wireless IP phones that both have the following issue:
Only outgoing calls work. Incoming calls connect but no audio is sent or received. This is confirmed by going to the phone's web interface which shows 0 rtp packets sent or received when receiving a call. I have seen several posts in the forums that are similar to this issue and most say that the 5.0.12 beta firmware fixes the issue.
