Lossing speed dial line appearances when expansion slot goes idle

Hello All,

I have a customer running CUCM 7.1.2.  They have recently started experiencing issue with their 7965 + 7916 expansion module, where whenever the expansion module goes ideal and is woken up all the configured line appearances are missing and the module is blank.

They are saying sometimes they can make calls using the speed dials with the line apperances missing, i.e press a button and the call gets completed and other times when they press the blank line appearance nothing happens.

The temporary fix is to reset the phone.

Has anyone seen this issue before?   Is there a permanent fis, if so what is it?
