Lost password on a 7960 Phone

Running Release 4.4 on the 7960 phone and we have lost the password. What is the password recovery process for this device.

You have two choices:

1. Upgrade to a 7.x image, and then factory reset the phone.

2. Change the box serving TFTP to the TFTP address the phone is using, then download the SIPDefault.cnf config file with a new phone_password parameter.
