You cannot find the Private Phrase, but can reset it by using Admin Utility (C:\Program Files\Cisco\bin\AdminUtility.exe) This file is can only be run on the Publisher and it would reset the Password Phrase along with the password of all the service accounts and restart these services. Therefore this tool should only be used during Off-Production Hours. Add the CCM hostname to the lmhosts file on the CRA server. You can find it in C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Etc\Hosts
Be sure to remove the .sam extension from the file once you populate it.
