Making a 3845 into a voice gateway

Hello,

I'm looking to build a lab voice gateway for my office.  We have a spare 3845 available (running adv security), but it wasn't configured for voice.  We have a voice PRI T1 from our vendor we can use (10 channels).  And I'll run CUCM 10.x on my existing VMware server.  I have some misc 79xx phones (20 phones).  G711, No SRST.

So basically I just need to know what I need to upgrade this 3845.  I think just a T1 card and DSPs?  And maybe the voice software license?  So far I'm thinking: NM-1CE1T1-PRI and PVDM2-16.  But I wasn't sure what voice/ios licenses I would need?

Hi Bill,

You need to have Voice image which I suppose would support in your case for Advance Security image.

can u share complete image name or u can also run feature navigator

I checked Feature list and says Voice is supported on 12.4
