Making a Voip a "Hot Phone"

     Is there a way to be able to pick up a Voip and have it automatically call 4 + numbers at once and allow the other ends to answer and have a conference call.

What kind of phone you have? An analog Phone or an IP Phone?

Do you use CME or CUCM?

Is the station you want to originate the call from an IP phone or an analog station?

You can use PLAR.

A PLAR?? sure, as Chris mentioned just take a couple of minutes to search and you'll find the instructions

However only if you're calling into a meet-me you'll be able to get the conference.
