We have CallManager 3 and we've been asked if we can mask certain DDIs so that when the person calls external it shows up as a non geo number instead of there local DDI.
Anyone know with CallManager 3 this can be done and if so how?
You should be able to do this either via a translation pattern or route pattern using the Calling Party Transform Mask to change it to whatever you like.
Calling Party Transform Mask
Enter a transformation mask value. Valid entries include the digits 0 through 9, the wildcard character X, and blank. If this field is blank and the preceding field is not checked, no calling party transformation takes place. See the "Calling Party Transformations Settings" section on page 20-19 for more information.
