Currently we have a JTAPI application that is monitoring calls that are placed in CUCM (8.0.3). We also have call recording set up, but we are unable to find a way to tie the CiscoCall object we get in JTAPI to the incoming SIP INVITE message from CUCM (for the call recording).
My first thought was that something from the CiscoCallID object would match somewhere in one of the headers from the SIP INVITE message (e.g. the Call-ID header value), but I could not find a match anywhere. Even the Call.hashCode() does not match anything in any of the SIP header values.
