MAx no of conferencing in CCM 4.2

Hi,

I having CCM 4.2. My maximum number of ad hoc conference is 4 by default. I changed the Max number Ad Hoc conference value to 6 under the service parameters for all the call manager in the cluster.

But even then when adding the 5th participant I am getting a "Maximum conference limit reached" error in the Phone.

I have even started restarting the Cisco Voice Media Streaming Application services under Control center for all the servers.

Can anyone have any idea how to solve this ?

What is the exact CCM version?

Are you using SW CFB or HW CFB?

Ad-hoc and Meetme conference both fails?

Do you have CCM detailed trace for the error?

Any shared line involved?

Have you already restarted CCM.exe services?

Hi,

CCM verion = 4.2(3)

We are using SW CFB

Both Ad hoc and meetme fails

We are using extension mobility. So shared line is present between the device and device profile.

We started Cisco Call Manager service under control center.
