I am using CCM 4.1(3)SR2. Maximum Call Duration Timer can be set in Clusterwide Parameters in Service Parameters which is 720min by default. My company wants me to limit the call duration to certain destination for all users except for higher management. Changing MaxCallDuration value will effect each and every call. Is there anyway so that I can limit the call duration for certain users while higher management stays in exception? Thanks
