Hi All,

Is there any option to give access to user to change their busy trigger option (note only for busy trigger) in cisco? Please let me know if there is any option like that.

Thanks in advance !!!!

Not through the native UIs. You could do this if you created your own UI which only presented the user the option(s) you wish and then used AXL API to push these changes into the database.

The natively available option would be in the End User web pages (/ccmuser). That option allows yoo to show no call forwarding information, only call forward all, or all call forwarding settings.

Show Call Forwarding:   This parameter determines whether end users can configure all, none, or specific call forwarding directives for their phone(s) when using the Cisco Unified CM User Options (ccmuser) window. Call forwarding options are not provided regardless of the setting in this parameter if the phone template assigned to the user's device does not support call forwarding.

End users access the call forward settings in the Cisco Unified CM User Options window by logging in and clicking User Options > Device. After choosing a device from the drop-down list box, users then click the Line Settings button, which displays the Line Settings Configuration window. In the Incoming Call Forwarding area, users can specify call forwarding settings, based on the setting you configured in this service parameter.

Enterprise Parameters > CCMUser Parameters > Show Call Forwarding

- Show All Settings (users can specify call forwarding directives for all calls, for busy calls (both internal calls and external calls), for unanswered calls (both internal calls and external calls), and for no coverage calls (both internal calls and external calls)

- Hide All Settings (even if call forwarding is enabled, users cannot specify call forwarding directives; instead, they must ask the system administrator to configure call forward settings for them)

- Show Only Forward All (users can only specify a call forwarding directive for forwarding all calls, and will not see the options to configure any other types of call forwarding)

   This is a required field.

   Default:  Show All Settings

: This change will take effect on the next refresh of the Line Settings Configuration window in Cisco Unified CM User Options.
