The 4 subscribers in the cluster has gone down, and about 2000 IP phones connected to this
CM are down.
To add,there is no link issue,no hardware issue.CCM service restart did not help us,then restarted physically all the four subscribers and found all the IP Phones are registering back with the respective subscribers.
Cpuld you pls share your ideas on this issue.

this will require more analisys.
CCM SDI SDL
Perfmon logs
app and syslog viewer
if possible and available sniffer captures from ip phone and cucm
you may need to contact us for a tac case
