Meet me conference poor quality

Hey team,

I have a meet me solution working properly, but frequently meet me conference is performed with poor quality.

The result is voice lost, distorced voice.

I have been using g711 for all partcipants, because the meet me ask for g711.

The participants include local user, remote user and external user..

Can you help me please?

So, you're using the SW CFB???

I'd start by restarting the IPVMS and also look at the CPU usage on the server.

Meet me conference poor quality

Yes Jaime,

I´m using sw CFB.

Ok I ´m gonna schedule a restart the voice media streaming. Additionally, I will see the CPU usage.

My problem with poor quality in the meet me conference continue. 

 

I believe that our problem is hardware performance.. and I ve been thinking about to buy a UCS server to solve that.

 

If I used hardware resources the problem will solve? 

 

What do u think about?

- what is the best practice to use meet me solution? software bridge or hardware resources?

- Whats is the best way to find out where is my problem?  Like a troubleshooting guide?
