Meet Me Conferencing

The comment I've heard most from my users who use Meet Me Conferencing, is that attendees to the audio conference call cannot call into the call prior to the host initiating the Meet Me.   Most audio conferencing solutions out there put attendees on hold until the chairperson or host of the call arrives.

Does anyone know if there is a way to do this with Meet Me Conferencing?  We're on CUCM version 8.6.   Anyone know if there are plans of improving the product to include this in the future?

No, meet-me conference is only active until it's started by someone pressing the meet-me softkey and dialing the DN, no way to change that.

Roadmap questions cannot be addressed at CSC, reach your account team for that.

EDIT: CUCM is a call agent, not a conferencing solution. It provides conferences as a feature.
