Meet Me Dialin Externally

Hello all.. I need some guidance on how to create a meet me number and have it accessiable externally.  So far I have created the meet me number, with a local DID and it works internally, but once I try to dial the full extention from the outside I get "We are sorry the call cannot be completed at this time, please hang up and try you call again later."  I have a feeling this is due to CTI Route Point or maybe a translation pattern that's not correct.

I'm running CM 9.1, DID is 3700.

You can't dial a meet me number externally. Do you have Unity? Best solution is to setup an IVR and have the external user enter their conference ID (your internal meet me number).
