My Cisco Conference Station 7937 doesn't show the meet me button to initiate meet me conference. My station (ext) is not the admin to host the meet me conference. It is another ext. (130) which i have assigned for meet me conference. I want to know what i need to do to show the meet me button on the conference station.

What kind of CallProcessing System are you using? As far as I know, on CUCM starting a meet-me conference from a 7937 is not supported/available.

I have just set this up on our 7937G (now end of sale!), connected to CUCM 8.6.
I just had to make a custom softkey template and add the "Meet Me" softkey to it. I had to remove the CallFwdAll button, as all 4 buttons were already allocated.
The button appeared on the phone (replacing the CallFwdAll button) after the next reset.
So it is certainly possible.
I assume that James' answer above works for CME.

Hi,
Try adding the commands below to your configuration - you will need to change the template and ephone numbers from 1 to suit your config.
ephone-template 1
conference admin
softkeys seized Redial Endcall Meetme
exit
ephone 1
ephone-template 1
reset
Not sure whether this will work with the 7937.
There is a good blog on CME conferencing at the link below:
