Meet-me Security CUCM 6.x

Is it possible to secure a Meet-me conference by password? What I am trying to achieve is:

1. The Meet-me conference is to be established only after the correct password is provided, and

2. The users joining the Meet-me conference will be allowed to do so only after a valid password is entered.

As an added benefit is it possible to announce the number of people on the call at the initial login and the names of the new participants about to join the Meet-me conference.
