Recently I Have installed Cisco Unified MeetingPlace 184.108.40.206 (on an IBM 3650 server) with CCM 7.I Have done the integration with CCM via Sip Trunk Profile and Sip Trunk.
I have configured the SIP from the MP side following the documentation.
But when i call the meetingPlace number (i have configured a route pattern to MP in ccm which poins to the Sip trunk) I hear busy tone!
I cheked some debug on MP and found that the call reach MP, then it's disconnected. SO i suppose that the problem is from the MP side but i don't know what is exactly.
I have followed the troubleshooting Guide and found that when i go to the media Server Administration, i don't find any MCU! Is this normal. Following the troubleshooting Guide, i have to find an mcu and it's status like this :
