Compatibility Matrix indicates the latest MPE isn't compatible with 4.2(3), but is with 4.2(1). This can't be right, does anyone have experience with this?

As per the data sheet it is CallManager 4.1 or later, so I's say it is supported. http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6533/products_data_sheet0900aecd8061fae7.html

Just setup a H323 gateway or trunk to MPE and that should take care of it. (Also remember to setup the h323 gateway configuration in MPE).
