Solved: Meetme maximun call busy tone

Hi,

I trying to increase the maximun number of call that Meetme can handle but after the 6th call is made a fastbusy tone is received. I have followed the next steps:

1. Increased the Maximum MeetMe Conference Unicast parameter to 10

Service Parameters->Maximum MeetMe Conference Unicast:10 for all Call Manager server

2. Hard/Software Conference are available for use for meetme conference:

Most likely you're using the HW CFB and the number of conferencees is limited due to the codecs under your dspfarm configuration.

Hi,

Did you place the conferencing resources in the MRGL of the user who initiated the Meet me call ? Please do it if not done already and let me know if it resolves the issue.

Yes, the conferecing resources are place in the MRGL of the user.

I'm using both HW/SW Conference resources. For DSP it used a Cisco 3945 CUBE with G.711 CODEC so which should be the maximun number of participant?, the link only show the restricction for Cisco Catalyst.

I realized that I was missing the command: Maximun conference-participant so now the conference ad-hoc are working but the Meetme is still not working.

After some looking, I realized the Meetme is using the MCU Media resources so maybe there's a way to increase the number participant for the MCU.
