Meetme No Conference Bridge

I have had my conference bridge fail, when attempting either a meetme or adhoc conference brige I get a No conference Bridge message on the phone.  I am running a software conference Bridge and have made no changes to any of my bridges.  I have CUCM 8.6., any advice is appreciated.

Try restarting the IPVMS and make sure your MRGL has the CFB.

I restarted the IPVMS service which didn't fix the problem.  I have the CFB in my MRGL also I have the ANN, HTP and MOH.  how do I add HTH and java.

What type of codec are using the IP phones and the conference bridge?

what is the status of the conference bridge shows at call manager.?

Thank you all, I figured it out, I was testing the problem with my test goup of phones that were testing MOH, once I removed the MOH, MGRL from the phone and placed the correct MGRL back on the phone it worked.
