Hi,
I want to ask about how actually MGCP works in Call Manager. When a gateway is not reachable again by the Call Manager
How long will it take for the Call Manager to change the status to unregistered ? Because in my site, it still registered until one hour. Is it that long ?

Sometimes you have to restart RIS data collector to show the exact status. But the best way to check is on the gateway by using sh ccm-manager

Hi,
I cannot check on the gateway, because it's powered down and I control it over WAN connection.
About restarting the RIS Data Collector service, I'll give it a shot. Thanks.
