MGCP incoming Caller number

We have just migrated a customer from non cisco PBX to Callmanager 8.6, with a 2911 gateway using MGCP on ISDN PRI 30 channel link.

Calling number was displaying ok, but now we have moved the ISDN PRI line across to callmanager, we are not seeing the external caller number, it is showing as unknown. I looked at the debugs from the gateway (output below) and cannot see it arrive.  Is their a setting on Callmanager or Gateway that I need to enable ?

Re: MGCP incoming Caller number

No, you need to ask telco to send calling number, and possibly pay for the service. There is nothing that you can do on your side.

I do not know and cannot answer on why calling number was there before you moved PRI to CM, but that seems very unlikely and hard to believe,
