mgetty problem

Hi,

on RTMT/Syslog Viewer, every minute, i can see the following error and Notice messages:

Date: May 18 15:38:50

Machine Name: sv-ccm-cv-01

Severity: Notice

Process:  mgetty[17456]

Message: : failed dev=ttyS0, pid=17456, login time out

Date: May 18 15:38:50

Machine Name: sv-ccm-cv-01

Severity: Error

Process:  mgetty[22774]

Message: : can't get user id for 'uucp': Success

Date: May 18 16:01:01
Machine Name: sv-ccm-cv-01
Severity: Notice
Process:  logrotate
Message: : ALERT exited abnormally with [1]

what kind of problem do i have?

there are solutions?

This bug was passed on by our friend Java and is purely cosmetic

RTMT syslog messages failed dev=ttyS0 login time out

Symptom:

RTMT syslog showed messages "failed dev=ttyS0 login time out".

Conditions:

All conditions.

Workaround:

N/A. The error message appeared to have no negative effect but just annoying.
