Microphone volume in IP 7962

Hello,

 

Exists a user (ip 7962) that when recives an external call the caller hear him very slow. Is there any possibility to increase the volume in user´s  handset.

Hi Anna,

Do you experience the same issue when another IP phone registered to the same callmanager or CME calls this 7962 as well? If yes, it could be an issue with the phone, else if it is only reported for external calls then the gateway / carrier could be at fault.

The call go throught a SIP trunk, no one ip phone in site has similar issues. And, we have changed the set.

If the IP phone has already

If the IP phone has already been replaced then try connecting this IP phone to another switchport where another IP phone is working correctly and see if the issue follows the phone.
