Re: Microsoft Office Communicator integration with CME

i am not sure that it can work with CME, but have a look to this if it can help

personally i have try with MOC 2005/LCS2005 and Callmanager 4.1.3, i was able to do outgoing call from MOC 2005, but no way to get incomming call as the incomming routing on LCS 2005 is a bit buggy. i done it without the Unified presence server. just creating a SIP trunk with the callmanager and setup LCS SIP connection

Re: Microsoft Office Communicator integration with CME

Hi Thank you for the info and the link.

For me I am not able to select the phone mode on MOC as the "integration with phone system" option is greyed out.

Re: Microsoft Office Communicator integration with CME

The "integration with phone system" is greyed out because it need to configure some registry value in the MOC client machine to make it works.

For detail configuration between MOC and CCM integration, you can reference this document.
