Hi,

if you're not doing an upgrade, adding the new available features or making any other system changes during the change then the hours required are really going to be at the front end discussing which version(s) they want to go with.

Once you've ordered and received the user/device licences they still come in the form of DLUs which are added to the CUCM Publisher in the same way that they do if you order a la carte, you just get a set number of DLUs per user.  The real time spent would be if your planning to add on the extra features that CUWL will give the users, soft phones, Presence, mobility services etc, but I have no idea how long that piece of string would be for you.

No real gotchas, but remember that 3 years of UCSS is mandatory unless your a government or education organisation where 1 year is required, CUWL on CUCM requires a minimum of 100 users, and you can't mix the two licensing models (ie CUWL and a la carte DLUs) though you can mix the CUWL editions, eg 20 Professional and 100 Standard.
