You can use the BAT Export from CUCM 4.x and then Import on CCM 6.x but the .csv files will need to be tweaked. The look and feel of BAT on 6.x versions is a little different so you would have to experiment with what fields need to change before the actual Import is done. This can be used to migrate the Device FNA/Busy info. PAB and Translation rules will need to be re-configured :)
