We have uploaded mac info in new call manager and configured option 150 scope from old call manager to new cucm.
When we give reset on all phones, phones are registering back to old call manager.

I need to switch a number of remote phones from their existing Callmanager server onto a new one.
Changed option 150 to point to the new CM, then doing a remote reset of the phones makes none of the phones to be register onto the new CM. all phones continue to use their old settings for TFTP

Are the phones picking up the new TFTP address?

Try disconnecting the phone or shut and unshut the phone to force it to renew DHCP.
Also, look at the phone console log by browsing the IP address of the phone.
