I need to migrate from CallManager Express to CallManager. The system is alredy in production does anybody know what is the best practices to do it?.
Also I need to configure CallManager with h323 gateway because the E1?s conected to the PSTN are fractionary.

There is no migration path from CME to CCM. You will simply need to add the phones to the CCM database and change the TFTP address on the phone or through DHCP using option 150 when you're ready to cut over. See the following link for confirmation.
