Is there any minimum digit requirment in Call Mnager for DN .?.I configured one phone with DN number 8 and when i am trying to call to that number,the call is not going.I configured one hunt group with pilot number 9 and also it is not working.So please provide me some another way to configure the Hunt Group with single digit pilot number.
If the digits provide a unique match to the caller, your calls will route. This means that you have something else misconfigured. Check your CSS and partition configurations. Just to be clear, you can have a single digit DN on a phone line and have it ring out.
Now, it isn't my business but I do recommend you think this single digit dial plan all the way through before you deploy this in any production or pseudo-production environment. You will run into problems very, very quickly. I personally wouldn't even use single digit dial plan in a lab scenario. Of course, you can do whatever works for you.
