CUCM 7X , how long do these records stay on a phone for? I know if the phone resets in some cases it purges the logs but was wondering how long they stay for or if it is a last 10 calls thing.
The missed calls list size is hardcoded on the phones and not the settings on CallManager. It depends on the buffer of the phone so you would have different size or maximum numbers of missed calles on different phone models.
