I guess I know the answer to this, but was wondering if there had been any developments in CUCM6.
If a user picks up a call on another extension using call pickup, the original extension logs a missed call (even though this call has been answered), is there anyway of stoping this?
The users complain that it is classed as a missed call, but someone else in the team may have dealt with it, so they do not know if they need to call the person back.
Probably not the answer you are looking for, but as far I'm aware this has not changed. Missed calls are logged automatically in the call history.
However the user is able to go through the missed calls and determine where the calling party number and the given date and time of the missed call.
