Missed calls not getting displayed in Cisco 7942 IP phone

Hi all,

Only one user is not getting missed calls history in the phone. There is a tick mark selec ted in line configuration for missed calls log as well. I have cleared all the history in the phone . It has two Dn's configured. Kindly suggest.

Missed calls not getting displayed in Cisco 7942 IP phone

Hi All,

I resolved the call log issue. I found all the configuration in place for the IP Phone. While i was trying to acces the phone via URL, i was not getting the page. Hence i have done a factory reset and got the call log issue resolved.
